At Ninkus.co.uk, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

 

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

 

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalised products, or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customisation reasons. Please refer to product descriptions for specific details.

 

Return Process:

 

Contact our Customer Service team at support@ninkus.co.uk to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

 

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

 

Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Please ensure the item(s) are well-protected to prevent damage in transit.

 

Ship the package using a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer service.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

For exchanges, if the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
