Delivery of Ninkus products that are purchased before 1pm are ussually shipped the following day. Within the UK this is 1 to 2 business days. International purchases are 5 to 7 days.
Your purchasing experience really matters to Ninkus and the hope is that you truly enjoy using your purchased items. In the eventuality that the products are faulty or broken you would have to send a picture and an email of the damaged items within 14 days. Refunds and returns for any other reason is not acceptable because of hygiene reasons due to new rules. You have another 14 days by which to return the damaged goods and once this arrives you will be refunded the amount you purchased the items with. This does not affect your statutory rights and hopefully you enjoy your purchasing experience with Ninkus.

Your information is used to process your orders to fulfil your orders of purchased products only. These are payment providers and databases, also Google analytics.
